Praxis Verena von Harrach is a psychiatrist practice based in Hamburg, Germany. The brief was straightforward: a professional, trustworthy website that could do more than just exist online — it needed to actively convert visitors into patients.
We handled the full build from scratch. Design, copy, development, and visual effects — all tailored to communicate credibility and warmth in equal measure. We also integrated automation into the lead flow, so that enquiries coming through the site were handled efficiently and no potential patient fell through the cracks.
The result speaks for itself — the practice has received strong feedback from clients, and the conversion process from first visit to booked appointment is now largely automated.

Carson Quinene — known online as CarsahhhBJJ — had built a real audience around Brazilian Jiu Jitsu content: nearly 17,000 followers on Instagram and 28,000 subscribers on YouTube. The content was working. The monetisation wasn't.
We built a Skool community around his brand — designing the course, setting up the platform, and creating a content and scripting strategy that fed the community from his existing social channels. We also handled community management to keep engagement high post-launch, and supported Carson with content scripting to maintain consistency across platforms while the product was being built.

Skool Community Build

Omari Martin had built a genuine, engaged following of nearly 50,000 on Instagram under the name WayTooTuft. What he didn't have was a way to monetise that audience beyond the platform. We came in and built the infrastructure around it.
We designed and launched a full Skool community — handling everything from the course structure and web design to social media strategy and ongoing community management. The goal was to turn a loyal following into a paying membership, and to do it in a way that felt authentic to Omari's brand and content style.
